At ten years old, I had the equivalent of an eight grader - mostly likely higher,

Here is 24 questions for one of you to answer. Or both of you can answer, whichever. If you do not fully understand a question, please ask and I can explain it in further detail or even switch it out.

1. I see "Enjoy your stay Guest" in the middle of my screen, do you plan to add anything to that to try and get more members or do you feel that the drop down box does the job?

2. Do you think that the point system works well or would you rather have a warning system?

3. Why is the forum called Fuji Planet?

4. Does the little elephant on a cloud have any purpose or is it just another tiny feature added to make the forum more enjoyable?

5. What is Bloonsworld and what can I do in that section?

6. Why do you keep the old and rule breaking threads, in other words the trash, open to be view by the public?

7. When I look at the forum, I can't tell exactly what kind of forum it is, so what kind of forum is it?

8. There are not have many sections, do you plan to add more or do you think you have plenty?

9. How is staff picked?

10. Why is the arcade in the Services category of the forum?

11. I've noticed that there is only 2 different services, graphics and reviews. Do you plan to add more services?

12. Strategy and other games look like they are the most popular in the arcade. Why is that?

13. Do you feel that the portal serves as a good homepage to your site?

14. What kind of graphics seem to be the most requested?

15. In the signature of some members it looks like they have quoted some line from an IRC chatroom. Does the site have a chatroom?

16. How do you go about advertising?

17. What gets talked about most in the Off Topic section of the general discussion category?

18. How many members do you usually get a week?

19. Often do you need to give members points?

20. Do you plan on adding people to the Hall of Fame?

21. Where is the FujiShop?

22. Why do the monthly forum events go in contests and not Announcements and News?

23. Do you change the color scheme of the site often?

24. Why did you pick that color scheme for the site?

1. I see "Enjoy your stay Guest" in the middle of my screen, do you plan to add anything to that to try and get more members or do you feel that the drop down box does the job? I think the drop down box is good for now.

2. Do you think that the point system works well or would you rather have a warning system? Well, these "points" are basically like a warning system, since they are kept track of by taking bits off of thir warning bar. So, I guess it works well.

3. Why is the forum called Fuji Planet? When the forum was first made, the co-founder was drinking "Fiji Water", which gave him the idea.

4. Does the little elephant on a cloud have any purpose or is it just another tiny feature added to make the forum more enjoyable? It has some purpose - instead of highlighting the forum, the elephant let's the user know what forum they are scrolling over - and is also somewhat entertaining.

5. What is Bloonsworld and what can I do in that section? Bloonsworld is a website made to create levels of the game "Bloons" and we made that section for users to share their levels.

6. Why do you keep the old and rule breaking threads, in other words the trash, open to be view by the public? To give examples of what-not-to-do.

7. When I look at the forum, I can't tell exactly what kind of forum it is, so what kind of forum is it? A general disscussion forum.

8. There are not have many sections, do you plan to add more or do you think you have plenty? I think we have enough, since there are several sub-categories and forums.

9. How is staff picked? Whenever we need a new staff member, it is dissucussed in the Staff Forum.

10. Why is the arcade in the Services category of the forum? Because it is the job of the Arcade Managers, and members can also request to have games added.

11. I've noticed that there is only 2 different services, graphics and reviews. Do you plan to add more services? Not in the near future.

12. Strategy and other games look like they are the most popular in the arcade. Why is that? The Arcade Managers usually find games that fit best in those sections, and members seem to like those types of games.

13. Do you feel that the portal serves as a good homepage to your site? Yes.

14. What kind of graphics seem to be the most requested? Avatars and signatures.

15. In the signature of some members it looks like they have quoted some line from an IRC chatroom. Does the site have a chatroom? Yes - and it is very active. There are almost always people in it.

16. How do you go about advertising? Advertising forums, affiliations, submitting to search engines, etc.

17. What gets talked about most in the Off Topic section of the general discussion category? News, videos, daily life..

18. How many members do you usually get a week? It depends on the week. xP

19. Often do you need to give members points? Yes - from transfers to contests.

20. Do you plan on adding people to the Hall of Fame? Yes.

21. Where is the FujiShop? Under the Fuji Planet Category, and it is basically 3 threads that link to eachother to checkout items, transfer points, and to see what to buy.

22. Why do the monthly forum events go in contests and not Announcements and News? Because in events, sometimes there are lotteries and challenges that are done.

23. Do you change the color scheme of the site often? No.

24. Why did you pick that color scheme for the site? I don't know - the founder chose it.

For question #2, I took a look at the rules and how you set up your disciplinary actions for breaking the rules. You use a system of points and when a member gets 5 points they are permanently banned. Do you feel that this system works well or would you rather use a different system if possible? My site has a warning system on it for example.

Ok. This needs be finished asap. This has been the most confusing topic I have encountered while working at the interview team... All questions must be attached on one post even if 2 interviewer's are working on the questions they need to be attached. If you don't know what I mean go to the interview showcase and see how they are and look at this one.
