Re: Top Gear Forum
Since it's a quick, I might be able to do this. But I can't be sure at the moment.

Don't underestimate me due to my age.
At ten years old, I had the equivalent of an eight grader - mostly likely higher,
as my results were off the charts.
I will complete your reviews with the finest of manner,
and you are ought to have a chalk full of constructive criticism.

Re: Top Gear Forum
I've been so worked up at school I forgot about this. D:
This post will be edited when completed.
The most noticeable thing about the forum, in my opinion, is the color scheme. I love the shades of orange used, but it doesn't go well with the gray background, to the sides of the forum and in the banner. If you really want to use orange, a lighter shade the of gray would look better. The categories are good, and in a sensible order. However, there are some down sides - The "Extras" categories should be above "Off-Topic" due to the fact it is more relevant to the forum. The other downside is the forum descriptions. Most of them just say "Talk about ___ here!" or "Chat about ____ here" which isn't very 'descriptive', if you know what I mean.
The groups aren't the hottest part of the forum either. The group hierarchy is: "Administrators, Donators, Global moderators, Registered users, Shop Team Members, VIP". Admins are in the right place, but donators really shouldn't be before Global Moderators. The same goes with Registered users, as it should be before Shop Team Members, and also before VIPS. This would leave it as: "Administrators, Global Moderators, Shop Team Members, VIP, Donators, Registered Users"
To complete this review, I'll review the Announcements section, one of the most important forums in a board. There aren't any un-needed topics, which is great. I like the setup of the Rules too, but the staff list could be improved. These two topics should also be marked as "Announcements" like the "We are back" thread.

Once again, I am dearly sorry about the delay. =(
