Forum Index Layout

Organization (Score: 3/5): When reading the announcements it is clear that the organisation between you and you're staff is very poor and sometimes you are discussing things in public witch is bad because members don't get to see the final decision very easy.

Index & Portal Appearance (Score: 7/10): When i browsed the portal the portal it had a good layout and looks professional the only thing I would say to do is move the chat box from the portal to the Index so its easier to find. When I visited the Index page and looked at the news and updates box is was very full with large banners which will affect the loading time of the portal.

Categories & Forums (Score: 4/5): I was impressed by how organised the forums were although i thought that you could merge some into a forum not have category's for each subject. It was nice to see forum icons on the forums although it was not constant for all of them so you need to complete adding them to all on the main index.

Layout total: 12/20

Forum Style

Template Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/15): Here is the place that most is in concern for me. The skin of your forum is very poor and the colours are to bright on such a dark background i suggest that you change it to a different and more subtle skin.

Banner & Icons (Score: 10/15): When i first arrived to the forum I wasn't impressed by the banner, is bad because that is what people will take into consideration. The banner was hardly readable, you need to change your banner really soon. I like the icons for the sections.

Forum Moderation

Staff Population (Score: 2/5): When I viewed the staff list and checked the groups it was clear that you have far to many staff! You have 2 admins witch could cause many problems and 3 staff members when i would suggest 1 for a small forum.

Staff Activity & Moderation (Score: 3/5): Your forum has a very low activity count on staff and admins which is poor, you need to say to the staff that if there not active then there not invited to stay as that certain role.

Staff Groups (Score: 4/5): You have a good number of staff groups with is good but the thing that knocked the groups mark down is the groups 'GZPower Elite Gamer' 'GZPower Nintendo Gamer' its not clear what these groups are, they are not needed in my opinion and its just caused more problems on username colors.

Moderation total: 9/15

Forum Activity

Forum Date & Activity (Score: 3/5): You forum has a very low activity count I reccomend that you send an email to all inactive users asking them to return.

Daily Posts & Threads (Score: 5/20): At the moment there is not active members posting which is why i have marked you so low on this part.
Member Population (Score: 3/5): You have 30 members which is good but they are not active.
Post/Member Ratio (Score: 3/5): You have a low member count try advertising more.

Activity total: 11/35

Overall Mark: 52/100

What could be done to improve your forum: I think you should demote some of your current not active staff and get an affiliation system up. Also change the banner!
