Bug/hack?

Hi there forumansion members!
one of my member complaint to me about his account getting deleted.
Moderators cant delete accounts,neither can he himself delete it.
Could there be a bug or hack?how do i prevent this?
i would really really appreciate your help.

Are you sure you have the moderation permissions set correctly?

This is probely not a bug or a hack its just that permissions are not set right or you could have deleted them by accident
